GENERAL

Q: Why are your rates so low?

A: At the moment, my rates are on the lower end because I’m focusing on building my portfolio with a range of meaningful, real moments across different settings and couples. I’m confident in the work I create, but I also want to continue growing and adding to my collection of photos. As my portfolio expands, I plan to adjust my rates accordingly. It’s not about lacking trust in what I do, but about making sure I have a variety of work to share and to continue developing my style.




Q: Do you pose us?

A: My approach is all about capturing the day as you lived it—authentically and effortlessly. While I’ll guide you with subtle direction when needed, I avoid anything overly posed or staged. I want your photos to feel natural, intimate, and raw, reflecting the real emotions of the moment.





Q: Do you shoot both digital and film?
A: Yes! I offer film photography as an add-on for couples who love the nostalgia and rich texture of film. I believe that it adds the ✨magic✨ to your photos.





Q: How many photos will we receive?

A: I deliver all good photos, professionally edited, with no limits at all. On average:

Weddings: 500–1000 photos (depending on hours booked)

Engagement/Couples Shoots: 80–200 photos




Q: How does the wedding day process start?

A: I typically arrive when the bride is nearly ready, capturing the final touches before the ceremony. From there, I follow the wedding party throughout the day, documenting every key moment. My coverage wraps up after the group shots at the reception.



Q: How would you describe your photography style?

A: I blend cinematic and documentary styles, think perhaps 20% editorial and 80% documentary — meaning you’ll get a mix of elegant, editorial-worthy shots alongside natural, unposed moments. Think refined, romantic and timeless captures with a muted yet lush colour palette.




Q: Do you offer videography services as well?

A: I specialise purely in wedding photography to ensure the highest quality in my craft, at least for now. However, I can recommend some trusted videographers who align with my visual style.



Q: Do you edit all photos?

A: Yes, every photo is carefully edited for color, lighting, and tone to maintain the signature Two Vines Photography aesthetic. Advanced retouching (skin smoothing, object removal, body shaping, etc.) is available as an add-on.


BOOKING & PROCESS

Q: How far in advance should we book?

A: For weddings, I recommend booking 6–12 months in advance (especially for peak seasons). Engagement shoots can be booked 2–3 months ahead. Shoot me a message and I’m sure we can figure something out!




Q: Do you work with a second shooter?

A: For larger weddings, I highly recommend adding a second photographer to capture more angles and moments. This is available as an add-on.




Q: Can we meet before the wedding?

A: Definitely can! I offer a complimentary consultation call and an optional in-person meeting or engagement shoot to help us get comfortable working together.

Consultation – We’ll have a call (or meet irl, up to you!) to discuss your vision and package options.

Contract & Deposit – A 50% deposit secures your date.

Pre-Wedding Discussion – A few weeks before the wedding, we’ll go over shot lists, timelines, and special requests (if that’s what you’d prefer!). This last discussion is fully optional — you can just send me the details too!















TRAVEL & LOCATIONS


Q: Do you travel for weddings?

A: Yes! I photograph weddings across Singapore and beyond. For destination weddings, travel fees (flights, accommodation, transport) will be included in a custom quote.



Q: What are your travel fees?

A: For overseas weddings, I provide a custom quote based on location. I try to keep travel costs minimal and work efficiently to maximize time.
PRICING & PAYMENTS


Q: How much do your packages cost?

A: Full pricing can be found here on this Services page!


Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes! Payments are split into two parts—50% deposit to secure the date, and the remaining 50% before photo delivery.


Q: Do you accept credit card payments?

A: Yes, we do! Even PayNow also can! We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, PayNow, Apple Pay, AliPay and even WeChat pay too!
Q: What’s included in the package?

A: All wedding packages include:
High-resolution, professionally edited photos
All good images (no limits)
Online gallery for easy access & sharing
Offline keepsake gifts
A personalised experience tailored to your wedding



Q: What’s your refund & cancellation policy?

A: Deposits are non-refundable, as I secure your date and turn away other bookings.

If you reschedule, I will try my best to accommodate a new date (subject to availability).

POST-WEDDING & DELIVERY OF PHOTOS

Q: How long does it take to receive our photos?

A: Weddings: 28 days (rush delivery available in 7 days for $400)

ROM/Solemnization: 3–7 days

Engagements, couple shoots, everything else: 14–28 days

Q: How will we receive our photos?

A: All photos are delivered via a private online gallery (gdrive) where you can download and share your images. There will also be offline keepsake gifts, which includes your photos on a flash disk drive at no extra cost!
